The former player of Borussia Dortmund, Thomas Helmer is sure that Gundogan will continue his career in Barcelona.
`Ilkaj will move to Barcelona. There he will have the opportunity to continue his career in the best possible way.`, said Helmer in the interview for the press.
`I think Gundogan and Barcelona will fit perfectly.`, added Thomas Helmer.
According to some publications in Spain, Barcelona has already agreed personal terms of Gundogan player and will try to attract him from Borussia Dortmund in January. If this does not happen, then it will land on the midfielder`s Camp Nou next summer when his contract with Borussia runs out.
Barcelona may not carry out transfers until 1 January 2016, but this does not hinder the club to sign preliminary agreements and achieve a principled agreement with players and teams.
Gundogan has a contract with Borussia Dortmund until the summer of 2016, but he refused to renew it.
