The hero Griezmann: 'Because of this moment I left my home at the age of 14!'

The Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann was again the hero of his team with a 3-0 win in the Europa League final against Marseille. The Frenchman scored two goals in the game adviced by world football rankings and was in the march of triumph of the Spanish club. After the meeting he did not hide his joy.

'I am very happy. I have been working for this moment for many years. So I left home for 14 years. Now is the time to celebrate. My family is here. I`m taking a hat on Marseille, they`re a great team!',  said Griezmann immediately after the match.

Mertens is with a second title for the year

The Belgian Elise Mertens won the title of the tennis tournament in the Swiss city of Lugano with a prize pool of 250, 000 dollars. Mertens defeated Aryna Sabalenka (Belarus), 19, 7:5, 6:2, in 84 minutes.

For the 22-year-old Belgian, which is the 20th in the world rankings, this is the third career title and second for the year after the Hobart (Australia) trophy in January.

Mertens played an excellent match by sport predictions in which he recorded four breakthroughs and allowed only seven unprovoked mistakes. Sabalenka scored 24 winning strokes, but made 35 mistakes.
