An excellent goalkeeper made Stuttgart win over Bayer

After a phenomenal play on his goalie Ron-Robert Zieler, the Stuttgart team beat Bayer (Leverkusen) 1:0 as a guest at a 32nd Bundesliga round. The victory approached the Swabians only to the seventh position, which would secure a quota for the Europa League if Bayern (Munich) won the German Cup. The Brazilian World Champion saved everything and deserved the hosts, who were the better team and created at least 4-5 clean positions. In addition, Zieler also reflected a penalty shot by Lucas Alario as early as the 17th minute.

In the 66th minute, Leicester`s former guard did not allow Karim Bellarabi to overcome it, and in the follow-up to Stuttgart, Dennis Aogo put the ball on Christian Gentner`s head, which dropped her under the beam.

By the end, Zieler had become a barrier to veteran Stefan Kiessling, who also failed to help Bayer teammates.

The Aspirins are already out of the Champions League area after their place was taken over by Hoffenheim. In the last two rounds Leverkusen faces Werder (Bremen) and Hannover 96, and Stuttgart are expecting heavier clashes against Hoffenheim and Bayern Munich.
